I grew up in the heart of the Central Valley of California, so naturally, I was born with a passion for agriculture. I chose to pursue an agriculture degree at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I received my Bachelor's in Agricultural Communications and moved back to the valley after graduation.I was fortunate to have some really great jobs out of college that taught me a lot about the agriculture industry and where I wanted to see my career go. I value the relationships I've made and the people I've met along the way.I currently work as the Health & Safety Manager at Semios. I help our teams stay up to date with compliance requirements, manage incidents and oversee the companies safety programs. I also enjoy spending time outdoors camping and fishing with my husband and our two dogs, baking sourdough bread, home canning and gardening.
