Meggie directed Southeast expansion planning; she produced and executed a marketing and operational plan for new growth markets adding 1.2 million residents to the existing service area. Meggie developed a scalable, customer acquisition strategy with a fixed CPU for large-scale user growth. She was accountable for the Atlanta, Raleigh/Durham, and Charlotte areas.

As the General Manager of Move Loot-Charlotte, Meggie launched and operated the Charlotte office/warehouse and managed the financials. She hired and managed the 9-member team, oversaw warehouse operations and inventory control processes, secured two commercial leases, and structured the warehouse layout for optimal process flow. Responsible for refining the operational model to improve process inefficiencies, Meggie maximized truck routes and significantly reduced overhead costs. She accurately forecasted resource needs and consistently yielded an operating budget surplus. On the marketing side, Meggie optimized the annual marketing budget by coordinating co-promotional partnerships, in-person events and warehouse sales, and print ads. She conducted frequent data analyses and reported campaign effectiveness/other findings to the leadership team. Meggie was promoted to Southeast Regional Manager after 1 year as General Manager.

Meggie worked with clients and senior executives on corporate strategy roles for large-scale business transformations: she selected to work on the strategy team assigned to pilot the first implementation of the IBM Watson supercomputer at a major commercial bank. Meggie designed alternative use case scenarios, gathered business/data requirements, and conducted end-to-end process mappings of the Watson supercomputer customer retention value chain. She gained experience and skills in customer strategy, marketing and opportunity management, Watson analytics, business and value case development, business requirements gathering, end-to-end business process design, and leading training development.Prior to being promoted to Senior Consultant, Meggie completed the Consulting by Degrees training, a 2-year leadership and development program designed to provide cross-industry training in strategy consulting, application services, and business analytics and optimization.
