My transition into online consulting through a friend’s company that specialised in full spectrum digital marketing services, including strategic consulting, digital product creation, web development, online advertising, and marketing automation. Leveraging my understanding of buying psychology and the psychology of learning I was able to create highly successful marketing strategies and membership offerings.• Produced a course for users to manage pain through psychology and exercise, with 94% user satisfaction.• Developed and marketed six distinct membership programs across multiple fields.• Produced comprehensive reports on software solutions, market research, investments, coding, and graphic design best practises. • Built a complete operational structure, including standard operation procedures, workflow systems, and resource and staff allocation. During my time with Stallion Plastics, one of the largest agricultural plastic manufacturers in the country, I was in charge of quality controlling the manufactured goods and getting them ready for shipment. I ensured the most efficient means of fulfilling and delivering the order. Utilising my technological expertise, I upgraded a low-tech workplace into a more automated and efficient environment.• Added modern software solutions and label printing, improving efficiency of order processing.• Designed and implemented new safety protocols for the manufacturing arm of the business.• High attention to detail resulted in minimal order errors during peak seasons.

My time with Ceroc Palmerston North turned a small community of dancers into some of the most coveted dancers in the country. Responsible for running classes, events, and building a social community. Ran workshops and implemented my own teaching methodology, based on my understanding of human psychology.• Built a reputation for developing respectful and skilled dancers. • Produced a disproportionately large number of top-ranked dancers, based on national competition rankings.

After years of very interesting and multifaceted training to achieve this qualification I decided I wanted a break from the trappings of the aviation industry. The ability to simplify complex ideas and deliver them in an understandable way has been a key part of my learning and it pays off on a daily basis.
