- Handled end to end recruitment for the Domestic Hiring (India) and Middle East and Africa - MEA Region.- Work for the region in Releasing the Position to sending it for approval- Work with the cluster in preparing the job adverts and publishing the position on the E-recruitment Tool both internally and externally.- Sourcing for the best of candidates from Job Portals, conducting initial phone screening with the candidate.- Longlisting / Screening the profiles which are relevant on the system and conducting a basic phone screening in understanding the candidate's roles, responsibilities, CTC and interest for the opportunity with ABB.- Scheduling and Coordinating with the Technical Interviews for the profiles shortlisted by our Talent Partners who are our customers.- Scheduling the HR Behavioral Interview with the Cluster Partners.- Preparing the Offer Checklist in the tool Master Tracker and sharing with the On Boarding Team (ELCM) to release the offer to the identified candidate- Closing the Position successfully once the candidate is identified.
