I am currently working in IAM operations as a Cyber Security Engineer.- Manage various security application Infrastructure, specifically in access management domain.- Own and drive the deployment and maintenance for Oracle application.- Collaborate with stakeholders/support teams and product vendors to manage all the aspects of the support process.- Work with client applications to provide integration/onboarding guidance.- Document the product, process, and train for BAU support.- Automation of manual tasks and continuous review/upgrade of stale processes.- Provide SME (Subject Matter Expert) support for the managed applications.- Capacity, Performance and Stability reporting and Management.- Continuously keep the Knowledge Share repository up to date.- Worked on SharePoint , Confluence and JIRA, Saviynt, Oracle, Cloud PAM, CyberArk, Active Directory, Azure AD- Work with demanding global partners within aggressive timelines; analyze and resolve technical problems with application, system and network.- Hands on experience on MIM portal and Active directory. Account creation, Coordination with HCM related tasks and SSO related queries for multiple apps.
