• Greet customers in a friendly manner and deliver exceptional and courteous service through walk-ins,emails, and telephone engagement.• Understand the customer's shipping needs and offer viable solutions.• Record all sales transactions completely and accurately in the Point-of-Sale system.• Pack contents for shipping using established procedures and products.• Assist in merchandising the store, including stocking shelves with products, ensuring the clean andorderly appearance of the product, and informing appropriate personnel of inventory levels for reorderingsupplies.• Track and trace shipments. Process traces and shipping claims.• Perform end-of-day duties: reconciliation of cash, cheques, credit cards, and all other transactionsaccurately and in accordance with company policy and procedure.

• Managing and reconciling inventory levels in the ERP system and e-commerce platform to ensure accuracy• Good command of Excel, ERP system, and WMS• Shipping and Receiving of product into the system• Production building in the system• Completion of all paperwork required for the associate work• Creating purchase orders• Export and Import inventory lists into the inventory system• Annual physical inventory• Assist with answering phones and emails• Filling of Documents• Other duties as assigned
