Prapti Foundation is registered non-profit organisation working in the field of education for children between the ages 3- 10 years. Prapti is working along the Government of Karnataka in delivering holistic education across Government pre-schools and primary schools. We now deliver the program to 1000+ children in rural Bangalore.Prapti Foundation delivers the curriculum with our trained facilitator along with the Government teachers. The curriculum is a holistic platform for the children to explore, express and experience the essential skills required for their learning and thinking. The program is funfilled, kinesthetic, activity based, creative movement, mediated learning and adapted from Feurestein instrumental enrichment program

As the Program Director for GAIT, I was responsible for:- Curriculum development , training and marketing for the program. The curriculum covered creative movement in Education built on the foundation of Laban movement. It covered age appropriate curriculum for children from Nursery to Grade 5. - Conceptualized and developed our Mascot and curriculum based story books for early childhood children which are sold on Amazon-Recruited, trained and led a team of 100 program facilitators . The facilitators delivered the program in 75 schools across India- Successfully managed quality and operations for the program for 75 schools across India- Trained sales teams across India and worked with them in lead pursuit and sales engagements- Managed the relationship with Principals and Sr. Administrators in the schools covered by the program
