Design and develop community-oriented, data-driven food security initiatives across 29-town footprint. Lead the Danbury and Stamford Food Collaboratives, collective impact groups with 60+ representatives from local food security agencies. Manage communications, data, development, engagement materials, and evaluation for a free produce program with 1,700+ members. Initiated and now lead a weekly Spanish skills development session, the Data Subgroup of the UWCWC Equity Committee, and the UWCWC Sustainability Committee.

Initiated campaign to increase enrollment in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and HUSKY (Medicaid) in support of local districts’ Community Eligibility Provision participation and no-cost school meals advocacy. Developed and led series of trainings on SNAP for 300+ community members and non-profit organizations. Managed the application, review, and funding distribution processes for several grant processes, allocating over $250,000 to support vital community projects.

Taught weekly classes on marine biology and environmental conservation to Stamford students. Developed new curricula and educational activities, maintained aquarium systems, and supported organizational events.

Taught weekly classes on nutrition, cooking, gardening, sustainability, ecosystems, and food systems to 450+ students in grades K-5. Created a website to increase community awareness of the Farm to School Program. Formed Farm to School Action Team at Tracey Magnet School; developed and executed Farm to School Action Plan through participation in the Northeast Regional Farm to School Institute from 2020 to 2021. Led a schoolwide Earth Week celebration. Built an integrated Farm to School curriculum that brought together interdisciplinary topics for all grade levels.

Taught two classes of second grade humanities at a rigorous charter elementary school, developing skills in content delivery, culturally-responsive teaching, classroom management, teaching multilingual learners, and differentiating lesson plans.

Refined curriculum for the EPA’s pilot environmental education program, EcoLearn, by teaching regular lessons at local elementary schools and collaborating with classroom teachers to provide detailed feedback on lesson plans.

Operated the museum's front desk, welcoming and engaging visitors. Provided security assistance during special events.
