National Senior Supervisor of campaign outreach offices for Clean Water Action, a nationwide citizens' group focused on environmental protection.Through grassroots organizing and electoral efforts, my teams conducted political advocacy and fundraising to ensure elected officials at all levels are held accountable to their constituency.As a senior manager, I worked to chart the overall strategy and direction of the organization, develop and manage organizational budgets, develop and implement personnel and general operating policies, and supervise day-to-day operations.; Trained and developed from 8 to 60 staff members in over a dozen of the organization's field offices nationwide to work on grassroots political, environmental, and union fundraising campaigns, each responsible for raising $340,000 to over $1,000,000 per year.I organized and led numerous national training conferences, focusing on enhanced leadership and community campaign organizational skills for thousands of activists.Successfully resolved several complex HR issues, supervised the national recruitment team, and developed recruiting plans; trained recruiters and conducted interviews and other tasks associated with staff hiring.Coordinated canvass efforts for numerous national, state, and local elections.
