During my internship at, I worked on a multiple projects that combined mechanical design, simulation, and software development. Key contributions include:1. Custom Component Design: Designed custom flexure springs and electromagnetic coils based on specific requirements.2. Simulation and Analysis: Conducted Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Vibrational Analysis to validate designs and ensure optimal performance and calculate safety factors.3. Automated Machine Design: Published 3 software tools to automate various aspects of the machine design process, streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.4. FreeCAD Macros: Developed macros to auto-generate flexure springs based on requirements such as spring constant and resonant frequency, enhancing design precision and reducing manual effort.

During my tenure as the ADCS Head, I had the privilege to lead a dedicated team in advancing satellite ADCS technology. My responsibilities spanned technical innovation, leadership, and mentorship. Key contributions include:1. Sun Vector Sensor Development: Designed, developed, and tested an indigenous sun vector sensor for precise attitude determination.2. C++ Math Library Implementation: Built a robust mathematical library (vectors, matrices, quaternions) to support our subsystem's computational requirements.3. Extended Kalman Filter & Sensor Fusion: Studied and implemented EKF algorithms for improved satellite attitude estimation and control through sensor fusion.4. Training and Mentorship: Trained junior ADCS engineers, fostering a strong knowledge base and ensuring continuity in subsystem development.This role allowed me to combine technical expertise with leadership, preparing me for challenges in both engineering and team management.

During the tenure as ADCS Engineer ar Trident Labs, I got the opportunity to contribute towards and develop an in-house ADCS system. My work involved:1. Studying Quaternions and Kalman Filters for optimal and efficient state determination and actuator firing.2. Computer Vision and Stereographic Projections: For developing a Proof of Concept for Earth Detection and mapping via imagery.3. Orbit Propagation Model: I studied basics of implementing orbit propagation models for satellite trajectory analysis and predictive satellite tracking.4. Studied and Implemented WMM2020-IGRF model in C++ running on a microcontroller to calculate Geomagnetic field data onboard the cube-sat.

My work involved studying and implementing:1. Marching Squares Algorithm: For 2D contour generation.2. Delaunay Triangulation: To generate triangular meshes.3. Marching Cubes Algorithm: For 3D surface construction from volumetric data.These projects allowed me to enhance my understanding of real-world applications in computational geometry.
