I am in charge of managing a caseload of students with different disabilities and I work to help those students achieve academic standards. The students with whom I work are challenged at an individual level to perform and learn to achieve academic success both in and outside the classroom. I have continued to maintain professional teacher relationships, as well as with the other case managers, administration, parents and other related service relationships. I attend all IEP with academic tasks to support classroom learning.

I ensure academic success by actively engaging with and allowing students the opportunity to learn in an inclusive setting. I also am expected to perform these duties along side other valued professionals. We work in combination to provide a safe learning environment free from distractions.I am responsible for monitoring student behavior and academic performance. I also have ongoing para professional training to help support these teachers. I maintain professional teacher relationships, as well as with the case manager, administration, parents and other related service relationships. I attend all IEP and transition meetings to ensure successful placement at the Middle school.

I work as a K-5 para professional at Wilson Elementary School and as the job coach for the Jackson Hole High School program. I work as a para professional in both a regular Ed classroom setting and at an apartment teaching daily life skills. I manage my own Kindergarten life skills classroom at Jackson Elementary School in Jackson, WY.
