In this role, I designed interactive lessons and learning modules for over 80 learners in various learning environments, resulting in a 78% growth on a nationally normed assessment. I created automated spreadsheets for data collection and assessment, served as a Multi-Tiered Systems of Support coach for my team, assessed instructional materials, and implemented building-wide expectation systems. I also developed asynchronous lessons, instructional modules, and a theater program, as well as coached and mentored university adult learners in their teacher prep program.
