About Meghan Elliott

I am a real estate developer, consultant, entrepreneur, leader, advocate, and collaborator in historic building reuse. I believe that the best form of preservation is use. I began my career in the field of engineering and architecture for adaptive reuse. Then, I started New History, a Minneapolis-based consulting firm, in 2011 to revitalize and reactivate our existing sites and buildings. In 2020, I co-founded RevitalizeMN to advocate for the Minnesota state historic tax credit. In 2022, I created Jillpine: a real estate development company for high-potential historic properties.Specialties: Historic building reuse and redevelopment; real estate development; historic preservation; historic tax credits; entrepreneurship; women business leaders.
