I am a thoughtful and hard-working leader, focused on helping companies address their key issues and risks - while supporting my colleagues professionally and personally. I am organized and reliable, and feel proud of the progression and accomplishments I have achieved. I value the role models I have seen come before me and try to pass down those examples and learnings where I can to those who follow me. I currently work for Symbotic - an exciting, newly public robotics company where we are building the Internal Audit team and program to help the organization keep pace with its internal controls requirements and emerging risk areas. I previously spent 10 years working at EY, focusing most of my time overseeing projects related to internal audit (IA), enterprise risk management (ERM), and internal controls, including SOX 302/404 compliance as well as pre/post IPO/SPAC readiness. I also supervised projects in the areas of external quality assessments (EQA) and ESG. I was heavily involved in non-client initiatives at EY, including training, coaching, and recruiting. I am a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and have sat on the board of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) - Greater Boston Chapter for the last 4 years.
