• Doctoral degree and 20 years of experience as a leader in global public health and rights, including management, program design, evaluation, technical analysis, writing, partnerships, proposal development, and country-based research• Extensive experience working operationally in complex humanitarian emergencies and development settings worldwide• Expertise in demographic and epidemiological methods• Demonstrated ability to analyze, synthesize, and translate technical evidence into policy and programmatic change• Wide-ranging topic expertise including Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH), adolescent health, gender, nutrition, communicable disease, health systems strengthening, and social and behavior change communication• Vast field experience in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Niger, Guinea, Sudan, South Sudan, Kenya, Rwanda, Pakistan, Thailand, and Yemen• Strong publication history, including peer-reviewed research, reports, commentaries, and technical briefs• Innovative, collaborative approaches to addressing inefficiencies and bottlenecks • Robust commitment to mentorship and team development• Enthusiastic speaker, presenter, teacher, and storyteller
