I'm a writer and documentarian who has recently relocated to Jackson Heights, Queens, after almost a decade based in New Orleans. I have experience writing for newspapers, websites, and print magazines, and have also produced several documentaries - including one featured on the New Yorker's website. I also have years of experience in the nonprofit sector including work with the Louisiana Bucket Brigade, Righteous Fur, the Sullivan Foundation, Impact America, and the Southern Foodways Alliance.
