These relationships have been instrumental in honing my abilities in trust-building, effective communication, and change management. By fostering strong bonds and promoting open lines of communication, I have been able to achieve targets in student recruitment. Additionally, my adeptness in communication has garnered the trust and support of Salesforce users, enabling us to expand the product and advance the objectives of Ivey Business School.In addition to my career, I am highly dedicated to community involvement. I find great fulfillment in serving as a mentor for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of London. This opportunity has enabled me to establish meaningful connections with my mentee and the broader London community. Embracing new challenges and experiences has been a valuable lesson for me. Furthermore, I contribute my time to volunteering at a dog rescue and frequently provide foster care for dogs in need. Being an advocate for animals, offering a secure and nurturing environment for these dogs, brings me immense joy.
