I started TactEx with my husband to be the creative and organizational brains of the company. As a home engineer for 9 years I wanted to put some of my resourcefulness into owning a business and helping companies find the employees they need.

I am responsible for recruiting students, innovating processes, and organizing families to support the international student exchange program at Tri State Christian School.

Many skills are gained from homemaking and raising 4 children. Organization, creativity, innovation, counseling, supply chain, recruitment, psychology, and many more. This is by far the toughest job I have had and the amount of mental fortitude and inner strength I have because of it is incredible. I am blessed to continue in this but to also have many other entrepreneurial interests as well.
