I have always had a love for fitness and nutrition, but once I gave birth to my little boy back in 2006, I took it much more serious! As a woman and single mother, I know how important it is to feel confident and comfortable in your own skin. I feel like if you can look past the "ideal" body image, and just focus on being active, eating a well-balanced diet, and just living a healthy lifestyle, you can achieve anything! I have always been a huge fan of Beachbody and their products and what they represent as a company, so I am thrilled to now be an independent coach, and start a new chapter helping people achieve their fitness goals, and transforming not only their bodies, but their lives! :-)

I was hired as a temporary position (with a potential to become full time) to oversee and manage a special campaign outreach project for a group of State Senators running for the 2014 Election. I was responsible for managing the daily outsourcing of tasks to 3-4 interns who helped assist with the project, as well as making sure that the project was running smoothly and effectively. During this time I was given many additional tasks, and also offered a full time position down the road, but chose not to accept due to another employment opportunity that had presented itself.
