In this role, I was responsible for managing the training and quality department for the Global Health & Safety team, who is responsible for assisting our members get access to both emergency and routine medical assistance while traveling abroad. I oversaw the team who facilitated our new hire trainings, as well as department trainings for current staff on department changes or refresher topics. I was also responsible for running analysis and detecting department trends based on customer feedback, audits, reporting and working with the team to identify solutions, whether it be process improvement, system enhancements or additional trainings.
