- Opens store 6 days a week, making sure everything is ready for when customers arrive which includes counting cash in register- Regularly checking monthly sales goals and comparing to sales, brainstorming ways to make sure sales goals are met- Organize and sort bills in order to calculate the food costs every month and finding new ways to keep the percentage low- Answers phone in friendly manner, take orders for delivery and pick up- Sorts through all product, checking expiry dates and keeping on top of ordering product that is beginning to run low, making sure there is enough for specific orders and busier days of the week- Regularly stocks and rotates new product- Always finding new areas to clean and ways to make sure the store remains immaculate- Hire, recruit and train new team members- Gives every customer best possible experience in an efficient amount of time- Preps food by weighing meats, washing and cutting vegetables, and putting dry foods in containers ready to be served- Close once a week, making sure everything is off and store is locked
