As an SAP MM and Ariba Consultant at Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from December 2018 to May 2023, I played a pivotal role in the SAP IS Retail AMS. I ensured quality assurance for the Ariba solution by preparing test scripts and conducting end-to-end testing. Additionally, I managed user approval matrices, addressed repetitive issues through root cause analysis and impact analysis, and implemented permanent fixes.In the SAP IS Retail Store Implementation project for Pharmaceuticals, I contributed to the deployment of over 2,500 stores to SAP S/4 HANA. This involved configuring Site Master, Vendor Master, and Article Master. I also engaged in project management by coordinating production releases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and generating post go-live support reports.In the SAP IS Retail (Pharmaceuticals) project for RX materials, I focused on Data Quality Management, data extraction, and report creation. I also worked on data synchronization between S/4, SAP MDG, and S/4 systems, ensuring consistency and reliability across the board.
