- Consult and support business unit leaders and managers, providing HR guidance in the areas of performance management,compensation, employee engagement, organizational design, talent management, in alignment with organizational objectives.- Interface with company employees and triage HR-related needs as the first point of contact for HR -related questions.- Responsible for the daily management of HR activities, primarily managing the administration of company programs, policies, and procedures.- Identifies employee needs with regard to performance problems, training options, and career development and makes recommendations accordingly.- Provides human resources-related training and may act as a trainer for training development as needed and appropriate, addressing areas such as performance counseling and employee relations issues.- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy.

- Participating in recruitment efforts- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process- Ensuring background and reference checks are completed- Preparing new employee files- Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation- Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)- Conducting benefit enrollment process- Administering new employment assessments- Maintaining current HR files and databases- Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records- Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions- Conducting training sessions- Administering on-the-job training programs- Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs

-Responsible for end to end process of recruitment with clients. -Understanding client requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the client requirement. -Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards , head-hunting and networking.-Engage candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and client organizations -Understanding candidates profile to evaluate role fitment ( Screening & Shortlisting ). -Manage scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process.-Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle.-Conduct market mapping exercises regularly to assess the talent availability.
