• Develop yearly marketing plan which includes market research, and identification of key objectives, strategies, and target markets• Manage the Marketing department and team of Business Development Managers• Create and analyze database reports using Salesforce.com• Identify potential partnerships within target markets and leverage these partner relations in marketing activities• Oversee tactical execution, and provide strategic direction for all marketing campaigns• Identify needs and manage development process of collateral for internal and external use, including photography and video• Manage all aspects of the corporate digital strategy; include website design and navigation, marketing automation (with HubSpot), SEO, SEM, retargeting, social media, etc.• Manage development of creative direction, messaging, and branding • Work closely with various vendors to assist in marketing efforts, including firms for graphic design, SEO, SEM, marketing automation, and print services• Assist with various customer satisfaction initiatives
