I am first and foremost a nerd. After realizing that my BA in Music wasn't exactly practical, I pursued an MBA in Marketing and an MA in Arts Administration from Southern Methodist University, finding an untapped passion for all things marketing and branding. I have worked the past thirteen years with non-profit organizations in Australia, Canada and across the US to help them discover their organizational identities and tell their unique stories to the world. I can talk for hours on defining brand identity, different theories of brand portfolio management, understanding target audiences, the importance of data in marketing decisions, and generational values as it relates to decision making.
