Assisted with the development of the Parents Program at University Park, which was formed in 2010. Programming and services offered to meet the needs of parents and families of students from admissions to alumni status. Provided academic advising to exploring first-year students through the 1-day FTCAP program. Empowered students to pursue interests while making progress toward a degree.

Supervised 12 Resident Assistants and 500+ undergraduates in on-campus residential communities. Further duties included counseling, meeting with students for campus policy violations, responding to crisis and on-call situations, programming within the communities, overseeing four Panhellenic and two National Pan-Hellenic sororities in the hall community, and communicating with students, parents and other staff about current events in the area. Additionally, I served as advisor for FUTURES, an undergraduate organization for RAs involved in Penn State Dance Marathon, and University advisor for Alpha Chi Omega sorority.
