Division A (190+ participants) swim team organization and management.Hired and managed a coaching staff of 5-8 people, a 25 member volunteer staff, and 80+ parent volunteerpositions.Served as liaison between team and Chesterfield Aquatic League; handling delivery of rule and governance changes, running six regular season meets per year and coordinating with 23 area teams for championship meets.Used multiple computer software systems (Team Manager, Meet Manager, Team Unify) to run timing and scoringfor regular season meets, create and share scoring and status documents and reports, run team registration and team gear sales and manage league statistics.Built and managed a financially self-sustained program through fundraising, strict budgeting, and communityoutreach activities that reached an annual budget of $35,000.Increased program participant size by 35% and program revenue by 50%.Restructured team committee: expanded roles, defined and document role descriptions, created systems of accountability, established succession plans, and streamlined processes that increased efficiency and member productivity and retention.

Special Project with CCPS Career and Technical Center to build curriculum and content for new coursework development within the newly established energy career cluster. Worked cross functionally to build new coursework on solar energy and careers in the solar industry by collaborating with solar energy industry experts, national industry organizations and local education administrators.

Developed and delivered customized training modules for young adults with barriers to employment. Module curriculum supported their transition to employment into the trades’ industry using social and emotional learning frameworks and job readiness skills. Established outcomes for program participants through collaboration with employers as well as through the use of both state and national industry organization recommendations. Measured and tracked outcomes through employer engagement both during, upon completion, and quarterly post completion updates on participant success and job sustainability.
