In my time at the bank this past year I've supported the creation of 30 new pieces of content, the scheduled updates to 72 existing pieces, and the annual renewal of over 350 articles, videos, infographics, and listicles.I'm often asked to provide tone of voice and line edits, along with final proofing for all new and updated content, working with our subject matter experts, brand representatives and legal counsel for review and approval of content. A long-running project of mine has been to overhaul the submission process for yearly content updates by submitting content renewals 6 months ahead of schedule, creating that buffer in the span of 4 months.
