I was responsible for low to medium hazard grade renewals and worked on high hazard accounts with the underwriter. I also processed all endorsements, reviewing drivers, requesting applications, and managing accounts through the policy term. I managed the hunting department at Dunham’s Sporting Goods. The responsibilities included displaying product, assist customers find products that fit their needs and allow fellow employees to learn and grow in the department. Alongside these responsibilities, I worked with the management team to file and keep track of government paperwork.

I worked with the communications director on the PR plans and a program called SCORE. The program is to create an affordable way for underprivileged kids and adults to play soccer. I was the marketing/PR intern. I helped write press releases and make spreadsheets. The spreadsheets were inputting data from a free skin screening. I also set up their annual Prostate Cancer and Men's Health Awareness event.
