Additionally, I collaborate with Market Health and Wellness Directors to schedule health and wellness staff by identifying associate staffing pool, communicate gaps and overages in scheduling, track employee time off, and maintain all licenses and certifications for each team member to meet federal and state compliance requirements. A couple of key highlights while in this position includes:  Successfully trained over 70 pharmacy managers in understanding and utilizing scheduling software to meet store scheduling requirements, as well as workforce planning policies and procedures.  Identified critical cost savings opportunities in one specific store by investigating and analyzing a paid time off request that resulted in reducing payroll expenses by $25K annually.

A few key highlights while in this role includes Developed a patient tracking system that provided up to date information on where patients were located and in the process being transferred back to the United States, while notifying the highest-ranking officer on the post.  Designed and implemented an appointment notification system that resulted in preparing an additional 10% of military personnel in being available for deployment.  Oversaw a $9M renovation of a dental facility that serviced over 4000 patients. This included overseeing restricting of the building including modernizing the facility to improve patient flow and upgrading approximately $1M in obsolete equipment.  Member of multiple committees including the Clinical Quality Management Committee and Medical Evaluation Board Committee. Served as the Command Inspection Coordinate for the unit ensuring the group was up to date on all facility requirements, as well as escorting commanding officers to all facilities on site.
