In this role, I established comprehensive technical design processes where none previously existed, driving improvements in efficiency and standardizing the brand's fit intent. I conducted thorough research to develop size charts for Men’s, Men’s Big & Tall, Women’s, Women’s Plus, Youth, Toddler, and Infant. These size charts and grading tables were meticulously crafted based on the brand's previous sizing, target customer profiles, and industry standards. I presented these size charts and recommended fit updates to the executive team, securing their approval for implementation.I successfully launched a live model fit process, which involved scouting and training local candidates for model roles. I was responsible for the final approval of fit and aesthetics of garments on photo models, ensuring that the garments met our high standards. During photoshoots, I tailored garments on set to guarantee that the styling intent was accurately conveyed in the imagery.
