As a two-time Olympian and startup co-founder with a unique background in sports media, business development and product marketing, I am passionate about building new things, solving problems, and helping tell the stories that need to be told. I began my career in television with NBC followed by five years with ESPN in their Content & Programming division, before leaving to pursue an Olympic rowing career. Over the last decade, I balanced a professional athletic career while co-founding Turazo, a SaaS startup that helps companies recruit and hire more inclusively where I served as Chief Customer Officer, building out our GTM strategy, sales and customer success, helping scale the company from 0 to $1M in revenue. I now leverage that startup expertise consulting for early stage startups and VC firms, helping founders with their go-to-market strategy and scaling operations. I leverage my passion for sports and particularly, women's sports as an ambassador for the Women’s Sports Foundation and Athlete Ally. For eight years, I served on the USRowing Board of Directors in multiple leadership roles, including Board President and Chair of the United States Olympic Endowment Casitas Fund.
