Represents ICRC in multilateral humanitarian diplomacy initiatives at United Nations Headquarters as part of a team of policy and diplomatic advisers in New York. I focus on the impacts of armed conflict on children and their access to education as well as gendered experiences of conflict and violence, including sexual violence. This involves engagement in the UN Security Council's agendas on Women, Peace and Security; Children and Armed Conflict; Protection of Civilians and wider humanitarian discussions, additionally the UN's Commission on the Status of Women and the ICRC's participation in the International Gender Champions initiative. I have additionally worked with policy and legal advisers within the institution to further develop our global policy and positioning on these files.

Responsible for coordination and management of internal and external visits to the NYC Delegation, including arrangement of bilateral diplomatic meetings and multilateral events for leadership within the institution. Supports team of policy and diplomatic advisers with collective reporting and information sharing both internally and externally and assists with broader team coordination. Additionally, act as part-time member of Communications team, supporting with development of content and strategy for media and social media and assisting with press relations.

Responsible for logistical coordination of internal and external visits and events, including booking of travel and accommodations. Additionally, provide support to Finance and Administration Manager with premises, office management, protocol matters and some accounting. Support Executive Assistant to the Permanent Observer in calendar and information management as well as the Head of Communications with press relations.
