I am a very experienced Corporate Guest Services Manager and very highly regarded by my clients. I have played a key part in setting up Guest Services at Quilter's new Head Office where they have consolidated their 4 companies and brands under one roof. During my current role as Guest Services Manager at Quilter, I am managing a team of 12 including the Concierge and Events Co-ordinator. I am responsible for the entire Guest Service at Quilter on all floors at the new head office including two floors dedicated to Quilter clients.
