A qualified Chef in French Patisserie, donning an entrepreneurial hat since 7+ years. I have played a multi-faceted role encompassing product development which includes flavour combinations, fusion desserts, and amalgamation of components with different textures. Understanding & procuring a wide array of quality ingredients for a premium product experience has been my innate USP. I have single handedly created content for marketing and promotion of the venture. This encapsulates product photography, writeups, posters and various tie-ups with media houses. At the same time, each customer has been treated with unique experience in the form of customized flavours and design of the product(s) they desire. This has led to a loyal customer base in place. Since last year, I have successfully ensured that my products with long shelf life are reachable pan India with a very reliable delivery system in place. My skillbase has bagged me various projects for menu development, food photography, recipe development, costing and pricing in bakery, Success : Success means different for different people. I have been successful multiple times in my life. Being diagnosed with Slipped Disc at the age of 15years taught me perseverance and patience. I overcame the ailment in a period of 2 years with no surgeries and allopathic medicines. 10th standard boards which are generally considered critical in school life was lived through extreme physical pain and yet 80% final score. Second wave of success came when I overcome severe stage of Rheumatoid Arthritis at the age of 23. It is a lifestyle disease and requires a lot of resilience and inner strength to uproot it from the core. Having won over two severe diseases/physical conditions, my personal success continues in the form of high altitude treks, multiple sports and running.
