Working with Neo-natal patient parents in mental health

This position is through the Texas Policy Evaluation Project.Researching the barriers women face in reproductive health and specifically studying the use of contraceptions after an abortion. Much of the position involves mailing out letters to the participants, sending out reminder texts and emails, and assisting in phone interviews with women around their reproductive health and birth control usage. The job requires me to be creative, detail oriented, socially/culturally conscious, and has prompted my interest in women's health and advocacy.

Worked on both the administrative and health side for Root Dentistry. Generated new ways to improve the practice while gaining patient and administrative skills.
