The Children's Charity

This was a dual role for the not-for-profit organisation, EdConnect Australia. My hours were split between fulfilling executive duties to the CEO and the other, marketing and communications for the organisation.

I am a highly adaptable professional photographer with excellent customer service experience with a genuine positive rapport with clients. I am responsible for assembling multiple photography studios with a team of photographers, including all lighting, camera and computer systems. I adhere to strict posing guides and time requirements during busy celebrations and deliver a high standard of professionalism and photography. I photograph individuals and large groups with an acute attention to detail whilst creating a relaxed and fun environment in the studio amidst busy crowds.

I organised and scheduled children's painting workshops and designed lessons for each session which were tailored to the developmental capabilities of each group. I led the painting workshops and photographed the paintings, turning the child's work into a fine art design. I was responsible for client follow ups and sales after the designs had been submitted to the customers. I designed layouts for advertising including flyers, stickers, and social media.

In this role I delivered training to educators and education administrators on how to use our software application to complete state-based assessments for students across literacy. I delivered presentations at trades shows in effort to market our product. I developed specific curriculum packages for school districts and managed accounts for multiple school districts. I have experience in generating and presenting data analysis for school administrators and was the main point for troubleshooting technical issues.
