- Develop utilization approach to data tracking schedule that incorporates dates of reports and grantor submission needs.- Co-design Community Readiness Assessment of three counties - Renville County, Kandiyohi County, and Yellow Medicine County. - Build databases and run queries, graphs, reports, and misc. information as requested.- Builds tracking systems to meet requirements of all grant programs enabling cross-tabulation, synthesis, and analysis.- Assemble information and design infographics for complex reports. - Prepares reports for collaborative partners including the tri-annual SHARE, Minnesota Student, and PACT SHARE Parent Surveys.

- Conduct a literature review on the Maya Biosphere Reserve, non-timber forest products, value chain development, and market development.- Develop and design a website for Maya Biosphere Reserve to create awareness about the reserve, promote forest products, and connect diverse stakeholders across the world.- Create content for the website by reviewing literature and interviewing stakeholders for human interest stories and testimonials from the field. - Identify a new network for forest products and market development. - Identify opportunities to expand forest products in international markets.

- Provide on-the-ground research support to multiple sustainability projects.- Help facilitate recruitment and data collection related to projects measuring the material inputs into household gardens.- Verification of the existence of urban gardens in multiple areas, including quantification of total garden size and growing areas- Installation of the air sensor in different sites as a part of Twin Cities Urban Greenery and Air Temperature study.

- Lead design and co-write Resource Guide for Artist Led Activation of the Vacant Spaces in Southwest Minnesota.- Collaborate with the community partner to ensure that the creative theme is in parallel with the community's cultural expression and emotion.- Maintain quality checks on all design pieces. - Creatively seek out resource persons who can provide creative recommendations in all the design documents.

- Lead, advise and manage the implementation of the activities as per INCLUDE’s communication strategy.- Lead knowledge management practices as well as design new knowledge distribution channels.- Analyze the effectiveness of the knowledge management practices by observing its usage and evaluating the impact in terms of the program benefits.- Co-organize bimonthly reflexivity sessions as a model of operational time-out for the technical team.- Document the internal and external workshops as a form of knowledge products.- Advice partners and the program team in outreach activities

- Support the management team in the generation of the final report of program completion. - Lead program knowledge resource collection and disposition as a part of program governance activity.- Lead program knowledge transition that supports readily available program documents for future reference and created guidelines for the accessibility of resources of the program.

-Develop ideas to strengthen SAARC TPN’s identity (vision, mission, values, and objectives) and visibility among TPN member organizations and beyond.-Lead the preparation of the quarterly e-newsletter “Trade Buzz” in coordination with the GIZ teams and TPN members. -Lead the integration process of SAARC-Trade Information Portal (TIP) into the website of the SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry. -Document the internal and external workshops as a form of knowledge products.-Lead in developing content, designing, and distributing knowledge products of the project.

- Support in media-related measures for regional policy advocacy initiatives. - Develop content in collaboration with the project team and partners for the knowledge products.- Document the case studies, lessons learned, and best practices of Trade Promotion Network, with relevant facts, figures, and impact.- Maintain the knowledge database of the project.
