CurrentConstruction:- Supporting developer, contractor, and government client projects preparing and negotiating civil and building construction documents for:-landmark shopping centre developments-complex unit development projects- large scale subdivisions-civil works, and delivery of infrastructure (for example, sewer and water) required under related -infrastructure agreements-major building and infrastructure refurbishment -large scale, semi-automated, agricultural facility-education facilities-hospitals and health facilities, including building construction, and specialised medical fitouts.-industrial sitesPreparing pro forma construction contracts and advising on contract administration post-execution.Infrastructure-Advising developer clients on infrastructure planning and delivery, funding and charging instruments, across all infrastructure authority networks.-Negotiating, drafting and advising on infrastructure and planning agreements, and ancillary documentation for major urban developments-Advising developer clients in relation to on-going administration of PDA Infrastructure Agreements, including sales of developable lots – Ripley Valley and Maroochydore City Centre, and Master Planned Area – Palmview.-Reviewing and advising on planning strategies in draft planning instruments, and planning and development legislation and policy generally.-Preparing submissions to State and local governments regarding proposed amendments to planning scheme (Moreton Bay, Morayfield South & Warner).-Preparation of overarching PDA Water Infrastructure Agreement and ancillary documentation for distributor-retailer – Maroochydore City Centre.-Representing government and private clients on acquisition of school sites, and preparing and negotiating associated infrastructure agreements
