Led premium collection design initiatives for P&G's largest global soap brand - Safeguard - to tap into personal cleansing and grooming trends such as skin health solutions, genderized products (i.e. male), and active bodies across Safeguard's international portfolio. Built the Safeguard Kids' Advocacy program in the brand's largest markets - China, the Philippines, Pakistan, Mexico, Nigeria, and Russia - via an engaging children-centric lineup, award-winning Global Handwashing Day activations, the iconic Commander Safeguard enterprise, and the memorable Clean Hands, Healthy Kids school education program to transform the habit of handwashing from a chore into a form of play. Collaborated with multifunctional team to develop a strong global brand innovation strategy to ensure sufficient out-year initiative design, structure technical resource focus areas, and hone commercial messaging, thus guaranteeing long-term brand success and future development.

Led upstream financial assessments encompassing pricing, volumes, costs, capital, taxes, WACC, and marketing spending to generate comprehensive NPV analyses for global initiatives to be launched throughout Europe, North America, Asia, Africa, and Latin America.Worked with multi-functional counterparts in R&D, Marketing, Product Supply, Program Management, and Consumer Research to successfully bring innovative and revolutionary products to market globally while strengthening the equity of Crest, Scope, and Oral-B.Managed multi-form projects including paste, brush, floss, rinse, and whitestrips with deep understanding to grow the >$1B business at a strong rate to outpace competition and continuously delight consumers.

Developed a concrete understanding of the North America oral rinse portfolio and analyzed international rinse opportunity markets for expansion of the Oral Care segment. Built a rinse pricing economics model in Excel, assessed both P&G and competitive sourcing, and presented rinse business model growth strategies to senior management. Participated in supplementary FAST intern program, concentrating on company-wide sustainability efforts and presented to senior management.
