My Area 120 Product, Threadit, was successfully acquired into Google Workspace. Brought over Threadit engineers and doubled team size by end of 2022 to accelerate roadmap for integrating collaborative video features into Workspace product suite. Built and launched Speaker Spotlight, which was announced externally as a marquee video feature at Google Cloud NEXT conference in Oct 2022.

Built and launched async video messaging for work -- Threadit.app, initially introducing this product as a chrome extension and standalone web app. Through user research and strategic partnerships with executive sponsors in Workspace, evolved Threadit into a seamless 1st party integration into Google Chat and Gmail to prove out the stickiness of async video in user workflows. Executives in Google Workspace acquired Threadit's product and team in March 2022 to accelerate investment in video features across the Workspace suite.

When you build for the next billion, you build for everyone.Led GTM and marketing for Area 120's app Kormo Jobs, an app that helps connect entry level job seekers with top employers in emerging markets like Indonesia, India, and Bangladesh. Started working with Kormo Jobs team while they were incubating in Alphabet's Area 120 startup accelerator as an early stage product fully live in Bangladesh and launched in beta in Indonesia. Kormo Jobs team worked closely with Google's NBU team and has grown into a fully launched Android app helping job seekers find economic opportunity in Bangladesh, Indonesia, and India.In addition to leading Marketing, owned the product roadmap for consumer growth features. Built a new social in-app referral flow that became the most engaged acquisition channel (referred users were 2x more likely to apply to jobs than users acquired from any other channel). Designed and built employer growth features like drip notification systems to allow for stronger employer-job seeker conversion rate throughout application and interview lifecycle. Created an authentication process for employers including in-app badging system for top employers to gain trust with job seekers.

Worked on growth marketing for Google's App Ads product (formerly named Universal App Campaign). Drove UAC acquisitions leading to 66% YoY revenue growth and built comprehensive customer onboarding and scaled communications strategy. In addition to leading global acquisition and customer marketing, drove strategic projects such as competitive research and optimization for in-product onboarding flows. Built scaled communications for app developers that drove XX% statistically significant increases in both 91 day retention and annualized revenue.

Continuously maintained expert-level product knowledge of AdWords, Analytics, and Merchant Center as well as Betas, competitive platforms, and market trends. Strategized for high growth agency clients and partnered with Sales Managers as a Policy and Technical Product specialist for top clients.

Conducted research on tuition and fees at competing law schools, projected tuition rates for future years, and helped operationalize YoY data collection to inform future strategy. Balanced cost centers, maintained and organized gift fund database, audited internal financial reports. Led the preparation and submission process for UCLA Law's annual ABA accreditation questionnaire and the US News Survey. Worked with all the major department heads to ensure submissions were accurate and comprehensive.
