Former elementary school teacher turned entrepreneur. Following a life threatening back surgery 10 years ago, understanding and taking control of my health is the only thing that helped me recover and live a pain free life. I completed my internship with Show Up Fitness covering kinesiology, anatomy, nutrition, and workout programming. In 2018 I started my coaching business, the Positively Fit Community. I was able to use all of my education to help thousands of women around the world in the PFC, where we empower women to take control of their health and feel their absolute best! After a couple years of ups and downs of entrepreneurship, I had created replicable systems in order to build and scale online coaching businesses and my passion for helping others took over. In 2021, I started Coaching With Confidence. This is not a cookie cutter coaching mentorship. This is a hands on coaching program, empowering women and giving them the necessary resources they need to go from in person training to scaling an online coaching business. Education is one of the most important variables to what makes a coach successful. In order to keep myself sharp, I have invested in countless certifications that can benefit my clients and team. I am a certified NLP practitioner, Success & Life Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist, EFT, and NASM certified. In 2022 I started taking on more public speaking roles to help empower others to take the step into loving themselves.
