In particular, I have extensive experience in employee engagement, Future of Work initiatives and employee value proposition strategy, development and implementation.While l have served clients in virtually every industry, I have deep expertise in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. As part of my change management experience, I have led numerous multinational transformation projects for Fortune 500 companies.I have a master’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Texas at Austin.
