In a previous chapter of my career, I had the privilege of serving as a category merchant at Whole Foods Market. In my time at Whole Foods I had the opportunity to nurture brands of all sizes and bring them to life at shelf. My ethos revolves around our duty to leave this planet better than we found it, and I'm invigorated by collaborating with kindred spirits who share a passion for nourishing both people and the planet. A self-starter by nature, I thrive on rapid learning and am a sought out thought leader. Building meaningful connections fills my cup. During my time as a merchant, I had the pleasure of engaging with suppliers spanning the realms of health, wellness, beauty, and apparel. Working with brands of all shapes and sizes has equipped me with a deep understanding of partnership dynamics across the retail landscape. Prior to merchandising, I gained hands-on experience on organic farms, honed my leadership skills through team management, and pursued professional training as a plant-based chef, focusing on the healing properties of food.When I'm not exploring farms or meditating on the intricacies of sea vegetables, you'll find me tending to my garden, cuddling with my cat, or embarking on a slightly dubious DIY project.
