Meg started Flourish 17 years ago with a desire to chase the clients whose passions and interests aligned. At previous jobs, she was assigned clients that didn't align with her ethics and that was a big catalyst to go out on her own and start Flourish, where she could lend her talents to companies doing good in the world. Five years later, Chad joined her and they haven't looked back since. At Flourish we're proud to say, we do a lot of work with companies that focus on sustainability, social responsibility and governance. As a result, we've found a niche in CSR and ESG Reports that we truly love. These reports combine our love for sustainability, telling success stories and inspiring other companies to make a difference. Often in support of these reports, we've also worked on many cause-related projects for these same wonderful clients. At Martin|Williams, I learned to combine my design skills with the conceptual skills of advertising to design award-winning print and digital work. I started working on Annual Reports for Boy Scouts of America at Martin|Williams and this work later translated nicely into designing CSR and ESG Reports for Aveda and New Balance. The conceptual skills I gained at Martin|Williams have stuck with me through the years and I still rely on the magical combination of design wit and the wisdom of a solid concept. Thanks to Martin|Williams, I love to think big and get creative.

Honed my design skills by designing print materials and packaging for Lunds and Byerly's grocery stores, Cambridge Medical Center, Children's Hospitals and Clinics of MN, Sola Squeeze and the City of Minneapolis. At Morgan Williams, I learned how to run a small design firm, coming in handy when I started Flourish.

I volunteered to help brainstorm, plan, coordinate and run Design Camp each year. I also reviewed student portfolios each year at the Portfolio 1-on-1 event, helping students refine their portfolio and network to find jobs.
