Serve as guide to assist alumni student’s with re-entry for next level degree or return to previous program. Contact and recruit perspective alumni and drop students for enrollment and identify retention risks. Communicate satisfactory academic progress policies for low GPA to dismissed students. Compile and provide accurate reports relating to individual student recruitment effectiveness to ensure delivery of accurate start rates and retention. Achieve, maintain, and exceed enrollment metrics. Attend and participate in all Admissions meetings and training sessions to contribute to team efforts or personal development. Successfully completed Emerging Executive Leader training in August 2013. As Team Leader: Mentor new hires, coach assigned protégés, and develop existing team members. Current project: Develop and oversee renewed SAP Project Process for ORS
