• Swisscontact is a Swiss International NGO that implemented the Sustainable Cocoa Production Program (SCPP), a USD 50+ million public-private partnership that engaged 165,000 smallholder cocoa farmers in Indonesia.
• Coordinated 15+ project staff to deliver training for farmers on regenerative agriculture, financial literacy, family nutrition, and social inclusion
• Supported monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of the cocoa program activities through frequent field visits, supervising researchers, and writing public and private reports.
• Co-led the design, budget management, and administration of another sustainable sourcing project worth USD 500,000 for the flavor and fragrance industry.
