How can I help you? By using a variety of therapeutic tools including Art Therapy, Social + Emotional Intelligence Coaching, Clinical Hypnotherapy, as well as several other natural therapies that have been found to be effective in stress management. I'm pleased to announce that I'm resuming face to face consultations and workshops - although numbers for workshops will be limited to space restrictions. My expertise in Stress Management comes from my own work experiences within a variety of employment sectors which includes teaching, local government, hospitality and the health sector and my own stress related health scare. Stress is neither age nor job specific and there will be times when levels of stress will creep up on you and highlight problems or issues that need to be resolved. Work and Wellbeing go hand in hand, but when there is an imbalance problems arise, not only with mindset but in the body. There are effective strategies that you can access to manage your stress or anxiety and regain some balance in your life.In addition, you may be interested in scheduling either an Emotional Intelligence based workshop or the new "The Art of Stress Management" workshop at your organization. There are new topics offered each year and I am happy to repeat topics from previous years if they interest you.
