I am from Springville, New York; a town that many people have never heard of and once they do call it the country, which is true. My roots are in my small hometown, but I am looking to broaden my horizons and achieve the biggest goals that I can accomplish. While in High School, I was able to hold down 2 part-time jobs and still be an honor student. My work experiences that I have had shaped me into the well rounded woman that I am today. Dealing with other people have been a main focus in the 2 jobs that I have had and in the job that I am currently in. Customer Service seems to be something that has come naturally and being involved in making the work place a better environment to be in has always been a main focus of mine. Being positive and having the better outlook on a situation is something that I feel that people have lost these days. I am the type of person who will continue to find a solution to an issue in order to feel as if I have been successful. Positivism and happiness radiates off of me every day because I find that I can really bloom if I always have a smile on my face, be willing to learn something new, and overall feel as if I am being successful in my life. While I am not being a full time student or at my part-time job at home, I like to be able to spend time with the people in my life who love and support me through all of my endeavors. Yes, family means the dogs too.
