I am the owner and managing attorney at Your Contract Shop. I was born and raised around entrepreneurs and business people. From a very young age, I was attending networking events, strategic planning meetings, and marketing seminars. My passion for helping businesses grow inspired me to go to law school, where I graduated with honors and created and supported a number of school organizations. I currently own my own business consulting firm in addition to being a practicing business law attorney.Prior to law school, I worked as the Business Manager for a software development company, the Deputy Director for a statewide initiative, and a lobbyist for the Arizona Department of Veterans Services. Additionally, I was the Chief Operations Officer of a web-based real estate training company, where I managed hundreds of clients and a full staff of employees. When I'm not working, I love kayaking, camping, and granting wishes through the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Researched Arizona statutes, codes, and rules to develop a large occupational licensing resource packet, including briefsummaries of each occupation. Developed a sortable spreadsheet that provided a snap-shot view of each occupation andits burden. Provided research and cite-checking for a brief that was filed in Texas; required a quick understanding of theunique citation rules in Texas. Reviewed Montana Constitutional Convention transcripts for specific debates and compiledfindings and cross-reference materials.

Conducted research on local laws, cases, rules, and regulations that assisted judicial officer in the decision making process.Created presentation materials for CLE seminar. Attended and observed multiple hearings and conferred with judicialofficers on strengths and weaknesses of issues of each case. Updated reference materials that were disseminated to alljudicial officers at the Maricopa County Superior Court. Utilized networking skills to advocate and promote the newly-formed Veteran Court and its mission.

Organized the signature gathering effort of approximately 185,000 signatures to qualify for the Arizona General Ballot.
